Protect or repair your Ski-Doo Rev with this Bulkhead and Nun Brace Kit! 

A reliable, precise fitting solution to add extra protection to your first gen 2002 through 2009 Ski-Doo Rev. Laser cut from 5052 aluminum and CNC formed for maximum strength. This kit offers reinforcement and improved rigidity in the bulkhead and nun, while its hi-strength stainless fasteners ensure long-lasting durability. Installation instructions included.

Description

The main picture will change when you choose an option. The fan cooled models have their own specific kit.

• Fan kit is for the fan models, steering brace doesn't fit them
• 4 piece is the basic kit for both sides of the bulkhead
  
• 6 piece adds nun corner braces 
• 7 piece adds lower steering brace 
• All full length kits need chain case removed
• 8 piece adds 3rd layer to exhaust side, making it 3/8" thick
• 9 piece adds front pan brace (engine must be out, front pan brace must be trimmed to fit 440's)

Stainless Fasteners

The multi grip stainless fasteners need to be installed ideally with a pneumatic or cordless tool, heavy duty lever style tools will work too, regular squeeze style rivet tools like pictured won't pull them.
